Currently, here stands the stats for Napalm:
1d8 initial contact, then 1d6 for 5 rounds afterwards, pretty much unquenchable.
Personally, considering all the other damages out there, it seems a bit underpowered, but I wanted to work it up to a good level that everyone's happy with rather than start too high.
Your thoughts on how to improve it?

it does seem fairly underpowered I don't think it would be wrong to do 2d8 initial 1d8 follow up for 5 rounds.
